***Official Rules for the Kiwi Pavers Art and Wine Festival Sweepstakes***
Sponsor: Kiwi Pavers, 1156 Linden Dr, Concord, California.
This document sets forth the entry requirements, the judging criteria, ownership of entries and other important rules governing the Sweepstakes (collectively, these “Official Rules”)
Sweepstakes Period: The sweepstakes begins at 10:00 AM PDT on September 21, 2024, and ends at 6:00 PM PDT on September 22, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”). The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the sweepstakes.
Eligibility:The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of California who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and its affiliates, as well as their immediate families and household members, are not eligible to participate. The sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
How to Enter: To enter, tag Kiwi Pavers in a photo taken at the Art and Wine Festival on either Facebook or Instagram. The Sponsor shall have no liability for any submission that is lost, intercepted or otherwise not received by the Sponsor. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
Limit: One entry per person during the Promotion Period. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
Prize: One winner will receive a YETI cooler. The approximate retail value of the prize is [insert value].
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place on September 24, 2024.
Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram or Facebook, or by email if provided. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this time frame, an alternate winner may be selected. The Sponsor is not responsible for Internet or other communication problems of any kind. If, despite reasonable efforts, a Winner does not respond within 48 hours of the first notification attempt (or such shorter time as exigencies may require), or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such Winner, such Winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected.

Usage of Tagged Photos: Tagged photos will be used by Kiwi Pavers for promotional materials only. The Sponsor will not sell your information to any third party.
Privacy: By entering, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information by Kiwi Pavers for administering the sweepstakes. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy at
No Affiliation: This sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by YETI, Facebook, or Instagram.
Publicity Release: By participating, each entrant grants Kiwi Pavers the right to use their name and tagged photo for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permissible by law.
Liability: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Kiwi Pavers, YETI, Facebook, Instagram, and their respective affiliates from any and all liability, loss, or damage incurred with respect to the prize or the sweepstakes.
Modifications: Kiwi Pavers reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the sweepstakes, or amend these rules, if necessary, to ensure compliance with applicable laws or for other reasons beyond its control.
Disputes: Any disputes related to the sweepstakes will be governed by California law and resolved in the courts of California.
Winner’s List: To obtain a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Kiwi Pavers, 1156 Linden Dr, Concord California.
